Sue Ingles

I have a life-long interest in art and stitch, working in these departments in Middle School education. I have an Art History Degree and in 2007 gained a Textiles HND as a very mature student. I am inspired by the Arts, the natural world and social and historical subjects and of course, many textile artists. I often dye and print my fabrics and layer these, sometimes with mixed media.

 

To have the encouragement and support of Textilia 3 is beneficial to all of us. Our diversity stimulates ideas and challenges us to try fresh approaches. From a common starting point, we will all take a different route to our final body of work.
