Our new exhibition opens on Wednesday 27th March 2019 and here is a sneak preview of some of the collection whilst it was being hung last week at Gawthorpe Hall.

There is also an opportunity to meet members of Textilia 3 on Saturday 30th March from 1pm to 4pm.  Come and talk to Susie Martin about her beautiful portrait of Miss Rachel, and  Margaret Laycock will be there to describe how she was inspired by two pieces from the collection to create her own design for a bodice using machine and hand embroidery.
