As the Summer progresses and the prospect of holidays and travel are a distant dream, the Textilia team are keeping busy with monthly challenges.  Chosen at random each month, we receive 3 prompts for inspiration: colour, technique and theme.  Here are a few examples of work made for July and August for which the prompts were Sunset colours/Print/Maps or journeys and Seaside palette/Paint/Floral.

                                 

Museums and Galleries are starting to open again and we are thrilled to announce that we will be exhibiting at Farfield Mill from 3rd November 2020 until 4th January 2021.  We will continue to explore the theme of Thread Running Through with new work made especially for the exhibition including many items for sale.  It's a great chance to purchase original work for yourself or for seasonal gifts.
