Stolen or liberated?

Summer holidays are an opportunity to take a little time out of our usual routines and activities.  Textilia member Catherine Slater recently went to an event at the Harrogate Crime Writing Festival.  She really enjoyed listening to authors talking about their work and describing how they kept their artistic momentum going.  

With new inspiration, Catherine returned to her studio and started work on a new piece based on her holiday in the mountains of Northern Italy.  We can't wait to see the finished picture.
