Treasured

 

What do we treasure?  For many textile artists, our treasure is not bright shiny things but items which hold their own memories: buttons handed down through generations; tools that have been worn to fit the maker's hand; cloth that has been lovingly made by persons known or unknown. These are the treasures that we cherish.

Textilia 3 are developing ideas for our forthcoming exhibition TREASURED at Farfield Mill, Sedbergh which will run from 4th October - 23rd December 2023.
